Review Process

Once a complaint is received:

  1. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint.

  2. Our moderation team will review the reported content and any supporting evidence.

  3. Additional information may be requested from the reporting party or the content owner if necessary.

  4. We will make a determination based on applicable laws, our Terms of Service, and our Community Guidelines.

All complaints will be reviewed and resolved within five (5) business days whenever reasonably possible.

Possible Outcomes

After completing our review, we may take one or more of the following actions:

  • Determine that no policy violation has occurred.

  • Remove or disable access to the reported content.

  • Request that the content owner modify the content.

  • Temporarily suspend the content owner's account.

  • Permanently terminate the account for serious or repeated violations.

  • Report illegal content to the appropriate law enforcement authorities where required by law.

Appeals Process

If you submitted the content that was removed or restricted and believe the decision was made in error, you may submit an appeal by contacting our support team within 14 days of receiving the decision.

Your appeal should include:

  • Your account information.

  • The content involved.

  • The reason you believe the decision should be reconsidered.

  • Any additional supporting information.

Appeals will be reviewed by a moderator who was not primarily responsible for the original decision whenever practical. We will notify you of the outcome after completing the review.

Good Faith Reporting

Please submit complaints only when you genuinely believe that content violates applicable laws or our policies. Knowingly submitting false or malicious complaints may result in restrictions on your account.
